After taking four weeks each to do our first two paintings, the instructor told us to do a whole 18" x 24" painting over the week of Spring Break. It was supposed to incorporate collage and be "deeply personal." I'm not really good at the "Fine Art" thing, so I did an illustrative painting about deforestation using a collage of stock market listings from the newspaper. I guess if I had to give it a name I'd call it "Ghost Tree." Yeah...
