Printmaking #1
These were my very first prints ever! They were made by scratching the drawing into the back of a styrafoam plate (?!) Then we spread ink onto it using a roller and pressed pieces of paper onto the plates. I (of course) wanted to try comics, but my sequence is a little hard to read (it's supposed to be like a magic haircut). It was created by just scratching away more and more of the same plate. This was TONS of fun! I'm really excited to experiment in this class!
