Painting III #1
Since it was the first class, we only did drawings of the model. The pencil drawing was the first observational drawing I had done in over THREE MONTHS (yikes!) I was feeling pretty rusty, but it also felt good to be back at it again. It seems like this semester we are going to get to do more of what we want (instead of what the teachers want--to build skills) so for the second color drawing, I "zoomed in" and focused more on the model's face, which is what I usually want to draw anyways!
