Children's Book Illustration #5
The next step for our Children's Book project was to DRAW THE ENTIRE BOOK. These had to be final sketches, (good enough to show an art director) with the composition all worked out and the type placed where it would go (not shown here). Sorry these are so small, it's too big a file if I just do two images per row.
This was a lot of work, but was also really fun. It made me wish this was my only class this semester so that I could make the entire book... but then I realized I should just say I WANT TO BE HIRED TO DRAW KIDS BOOKS, because it would be so much fun and I feel like I'd be really good at it. It's comics in so many ways...
