Editorial Illustration II #5
Here are the color roughs for my Roal Dahl book covers. These were made by printing the original sketches onto some crappy lightweight watercolor paper using my laser printer. I'm sure there will be a lot of change between the finals and these, but they already helped me work out some of the value problems and color choices. I need to do some watercolor tests and then it's on to the finished illustrations! (GULP)
