Painting IV - L
I really thought this Lemur was going to turn out awful, but I ended up liking it a lot. This photo kind of sucks (the background is most of a rust color than red) and it should be noted that MOST of the colors on these photos suck! I've been having a lot of trouble getting good print-outs of these paintings for the Pratt Show. Ah well, I'll figure something out...
Also, I misspelled "Lemur" in my sketchbook and broke a coulpe of my "rules" making this one. I didn't outline everything (the regions in the nose and eyes were too small and the eyes aren't just "black dots." What can I say? Lemur eyes are too creepy and weird to not paint them correctly!
