Second List Results
Tue 12/1/2009
Yesterday I wrapped up my second "list" experiment. Last year I quit a week early, but this time I was able to see it all the way through.
Above, you can see my final progress chart, which has quite a bit of variation. I only had three perfect days, where I checked off all ten items on the list. My worst day was Thanksgiving, when I only checked off three items. My average was 7.4 items per day, which was pretty good I think. I definitely accomplished a lot this month on projects that I haven't worked on in a long time!
As previously posted, I finished my new illustration site, I got a ton of work done on The 2nd Cardboard Chair, I sorted all of my receipts for my taxes this year, I did a lot of little illustration work, I read all of the minicomics I got at Stumptown and TCAF, I penciled three pages of Basewood, I started organizing all the digital photos on my computer, I got the ball rolling on a massive, top-secret music project and every day in November I wrote a postcard to Claire.
Now that I'm back to a regular schedule it will be nice to focus in on one thing at a time, instead of trying to work on a bunch of different things at once. It's shaping up to be a crazy week, with David Libens dropping by tomorrow for a visit (all the way from Brussels!) and on Saturday Max and I are planning on doing a collaborative 24-hour comic, kind of like the one I did back in 2006 with Aaron. I'll let you all know how it goes!

A postcard a day? That is so freakin' cute. :) I'm so happy for you. Seriously.
